Exhilarated to close a transaction for a multinational company, that needs no introduction, a leading global plant engineering company, Zeppelin Systems USA, Inc., (part of Zeppelin Inc., Germany, group of companies), that has operations and offices globally in 26 countries. Our client had outgrown their existing office space of 20 years and needed a larger office building, that could fulfill their requirements of office space for the next 10-20 years. It took us thirteen months from start to finish. We brainstormed, visited, and narrowed locations that met all our criteria in several different areas in Houston. However, to find the perfect match that resonated with the company reputation apart from all the other office and employee space requirements, was no mean feat; centralized location, closer to customer base, budget, loading dock, to name a few. After six months of aggressive search, we did find a perfect match for an executive office space that accomplished every miniscule requirement of the client. Then came the second challenging task of remodeling, to give it a contemporary office vibe and look. We found a stellar architect and interior designing company, to help us build on our vision of the interior space. And they both worked cohesively to help us translate our client’s vision into reality in another six months. We were able to close on this transaction, knowing fully well, that we made our clients happy.
Industrial Property Acquisition – 35-Acre Manufacturing Facility
Jhanvi helped complete the acquisition of a 35-acre industrial property featuring a 76,675 sq ft manufacturing facility with 30′ eave steel structures at 1225 Crosby Dayton Rd, Crosby, TX 77532. The site also includes a covered maintenance shed, overhead cranes, a compressor and equipment room, and railroad tracks. It is equipped with specialized features like heavy-duty refrigerated dryers, permitted paint and blast booths, as well as recovery systems and dust collectors. This facility provides comprehensive capabilities for industrial operations.
